Base chain is introducing a new feature again. With liquidity at 0, this looks a bit risky. NGL, tokens with zero trading volume are prone to collapse. Better to wait and see. Zero trading volume and zero liquidity in 24 hours? Seems like it hasn't truly gone live yet. Sleeping giant or sleeping forever, it all depends on how things develop later. Can't afford to gamble.
