The National Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau of Pakistan recently launched a large-scale law enforcement operation in Karachi, successfully dismantling a transnational crypto investment scam gang.
This criminal group, referred to by officials as the "International Cartel," is involved in approximately $60 million USD, which is no small amount. During the operation, police arrested 34 suspects, including 15 foreigners and 19 local citizens, involving multiple countries.
From this case, it can be seen that the activity scope and organizational level of transnational crypto scam gangs are upgrading. These criminals often pose as investment and financial management entities, using social media and crypto wallets to carry out scams, with victims worldwide. In recent years, similar cases have frequently appeared in law enforcement reports from various countries, serving as a reminder for everyone to stay vigilant when participating in any crypto investments, and to verify platform credentials and project authenticity.

$60 million just gone like that, truly incredible
---
Another social media scammer, I’ve been saying this circle is full of pump-and-dump schemes
---
Honestly, most people who get scammed are greedy, there's nothing we can do
---
A transnational gang of this size wasn’t caught earlier? The law enforcement’s reaction speed
---
34 people managed to scam $60 million, averaging about $2 million per person. This business is quite lucrative
---
What should I be cautious of? Anyway, I don’t get involved in crypto investments, it’s too chaotic
---
Another old trick disguised as an investment, how are people still falling for it

60 million USD, these people are really well-organized; they caught 34 people and still made such a big move.
A new term has appeared—call it IQ tax. I really can't understand how some people still believe in those "guaranteed profits."
Before investing, just look at how much the other side is bragging, and you'll have a pretty good idea—haha.
It's another combo of social media + wallet—this routine must be getting old.
The police are serious this time; being able to take down the operation across borders is quite interesting.

Whoa, 60 million USD! These people are really bold. Cross-border scam groups are becoming more and more professional in this business.
---
Is it the same old social media trick? Wake up, everyone. These days, you won't get a free lunch.
---
Only 34 people were caught; the real big fish probably escaped long ago.
---
Scams involving investment and financial management are so rampant. Luckily, someone dares to take action.
---
So my friend’s 150 yuan loss is a small case? These guys scammed 60 million in one go...
---
Verifying credentials is easier said than done. Scammers are better at packaging themselves than we are.
---
It takes multi-country cooperation to catch such a gang, showing how complex the scam network really is.
---
Learned my lesson after one loss. Now, I make sure to keep my eyes open before investing in anything.
---
15 foreigners? This cooperation model is really impressive.
---
Every time I see this kind of news, I feel like blockchain still hasn't learned to walk; scams are already running ahead.

Wow, 60 million USD. This scam gang really dares to play...
The scammers have indeed upgraded. Just scrolling through social media, it's all these types of projects that cut the leeks.
But to be honest, the people who get truly scammed should be a bit more cautious. This kind of thing is obviously fake at a glance.
After paying so much tuition, I finally learned to verify projects. I really was educated.

$60 million was taken, these scammers are really good at causing trouble...
---
It's that same social media trick again, really hard to guard against
---
Forget about high-yield investments, they're all scams
---
Only 34 caught? Feels like these gangs can be cut like chives forever
---
Such rampant cross-border scams, will people still dare to engage in crypto in the future?
---
Oh my, $60 million, how desperate must the victims be
---
Both foreigners and locals, this collaboration scope is incredible
---
Tired of hearing "stay alert," the key is how not to get scammed
---
Once targeted by such gangs, it's over. Social media really is a breeding ground for scams
