Ever wondered how DEX development teams structure compensation? The CTO role in decentralized exchanges is critical for protocol security and feature development. Do they receive token grants, stablecoin salaries, or a hybrid model? Understanding how these incentives align with long-term project success could reveal a lot about a protocol's commitment to building sustainable infrastructure in DeFi.

Hmm, that's a good question. To be honest, most DEXs' compensation systems are a mystery. Too much token incentive can easily cause a dump, and stablecoins seem to lack confidence... If you ask me, a hybrid model is the way to go.

I've seen through the token reward scheme a long time ago. Truly reliable teams have already switched to stablecoins. A hybrid model is the way to go.

Ha, that's an interesting question. To be honest, it's still the same old story... Token compensation sounds sexy but might just be paper wealth; stablecoins are the real deal. Hybrid mode? I think it's just a compromise to meet different needs.

Token compensation sounds pretty sexy, but once you actually get a bunch of unlocked tokens, you'll realize what being trapped really means, haha.

Some DEX teams are really just hyping their tokens. If even the CTO is cashing out, who will safeguard security?
