From the data, Ethereum has indeed achieved several key "breakthroughs" over the past two years:
Post-merge, energy consumption dropped by 99.95%, and many doubts were immediately dispelled. Staking yields stabilized at over 3.5%, with more and more funds treating it as a core interest-bearing asset. Layer2 solutions are beginning to truly take effect—transaction speeds have increased by about 100 times, and fees have dropped to nearly zero. The number of developers has grown by over 40% annually, and the total value locked in the ecosystem has recently returned to the trillion-dollar level.
These are not minor improvements. They point to a completely different paradigm.
Looking ahead, technologies like zk-Rollups, account abstraction, and sharding are all advancing simultaneously. This is not just a performance upgrade but a redefinition of blockchain as infrastructure—the possibility of a globally open, permissionless, and more efficient operation.
An interesting question arises: what is your view on the future landscape?
A. Ethereum continues to dominate, maintaining its position through stronger composability and security B. Multiple main chains run in parallel, each focusing on different scenarios, with no absolute leader C. A completely new architecture challenges existing designs, overturning all current approaches
This choice essentially reflects your imagination of the ultimate outcome of the blockchain industry.

Wait, is the data that shows a 99.95% reduction in energy consumption real? It sounds a bit exaggerated haha
These past few years have been quite interesting. I still favor B; a monopoly isn't very interesting.

Choose A. Ethereum's recent moves have truly outperformed competitors, with Layer 2 gaining momentum and transaction fees almost gone, while developers continue to pour in... But honestly, B could also be possible. Let's see how the new public chains develop later.

Come on, if Layer2 is really so awesome, why isn't anyone using it...

To be honest, this option setting itself is problematic. A, B, and C all assume that the existing incentive mechanisms won't collapse, but no one can guarantee the governance efficiency. Ethereum's game-theoretic balance currently looks stable, but once issues like validator cartelization and MEV extraction mechanisms get out of control, even the best tech stack is useless. Cosmos has historically been turned upside down in this way.

I choose C. The current framework will eventually be shattered; relying on zk and sharding can't save Ethereum's fate.
#迷因币ETF Regarding the next steps for Ethereum, I recently saw someone outline an interesting logic.
