Attention everyone to brain hygiene

Stop engaging in these behaviors that damage the brain~

1. For convenience, having noodles, instant dumplings, or takeout rice bowls for every meal. This high-carb lunch causes blood sugar to spike and then crash sharply, making the brain easily crash around 2-3 pm, leaving you completely unable to open your eyes and unable to think clearly.

2. Relying on sugar-oil mixtures to get by, craving milk tea and desserts when tired. Sugar causes blood sugar to fluctuate wildly; long-term stimulation leads to frequent dizziness and difficulty in deep thinking.

3. Playing on your phone an hour before sleep. The information flow constantly stimulates the brain into an excited state, and blue light also suppresses melatonin. As a result, falling asleep becomes difficult, deep sleep decreases, and you wake up feeling groggy and not fully rested.

4. Thinking red meat is unhealthy, only eating chicken breast and fish. Red meat is rich in iron, which is highly absorbable by the body. Iron in chicken, duck, and fish is minimal. Long-term avoidance of red meat can cause brain hypoxia, leading to brain fog.

5. Fear of gaining weight, rarely eating fatty meats and high-fat foods, sticking to boiled vegetables all year round. The brain is composed of 60% fat; nerve signal transmission depends on it. Long-term deficiency of quality fats can lead to memory decline and difficulty learning new things.

6. Frequently drinking coffee. Coffee can hinder the body's absorption of iron from food, leading to iron deficiency, which causes the brain to be starved of oxygen and naturally become sluggish.
