Hyperliquid represents one of the most ambitious pushes toward truly open and transparent financial infrastructure we've seen in the digital era. The vision is compelling—but there's a real friction point nobody's talking about enough: how do you actually spend and use this capital in the real world without constantly exposing your identity and portfolio size? The privacy layer remains the critical missing piece before mainstream adoption becomes realistic.

Privacy issues are indeed a bottleneck. Is on-chain transparency an advantage or a pitfall?

nah, privacy theater without governance redesign is just cope. hyperliquid's solving the wrong problem—what about the actual attack vectors when liquidity pools become governance flash loan playgrounds? tbh the real friction isn't privacy, it's protocol economics that nobody wants to admit is broken.

ngl the privacy angle here hits different... everyone's circlejerking about hyperliquid's transparency but nobody's asking the real question—how tf do you cash out without painting a target on yourself? that's where the whole thesis falls apart imo

This privacy issue is well said. Once on the chain, it's exposed. How to play?

Privacy issues are indeed a major flaw, but honestly, who really cares? Most people just want to quickly arbitrage.

Open and transparent is sexy, but exposing my assets? Sorry, I’m not playing that game.

Talking about infrastructure every day, if privacy isn’t sorted out, don’t bother bragging.

Here you are just hyping up, but the real bottleneck is privacy; everything else is just talk.

Hyperliquid is great, but if privacy isn’t well implemented, it’s all for nothing. Isn’t that obvious?
