To achieve stable profits, traders usually go through three stages of evolution.

**Stage 1: Understand the Big Picture**
First, understand the market structure and environment. This includes identifying key value zones and important patterns, determining support and resistance levels. At the same time, observe market performance across three different timeframes, capture moments of liquidity appearance, and use Wyckoff trend theory to understand what cycle the market is in. The core question is: which direction to trade? Where to enter? Is now the right time?

**Stage 2: Read Value and Capital Flows**
Knowing the direction alone is not enough; you also need to see where the money is flowing. This is where POC (Price of Control, the price with the highest volume) comes into play. AVWAP helps you judge intraday bullish or bearish tendencies, while volume distribution (VP) reveals the true market structure. The combination of Delta and CVD can tell you whether the market is genuinely falling or just a false move, and how strong the momentum is.

**Stage 3: Execute Seconds-Level Decisions**
The final winners can make judgments within seconds. Liquidity heatmaps, order flow analysis, trade block tracking, along with order book scanning and Tape reading, are microscopic tools that allow you to instantly identify whether a decline is real or a trap for a rebound, judge if the price will reverse soon, and even estimate how far it can go.
