Many DAOs fall into a vicious cycle: the organization itself becomes the goal, and discussions, voting, and resource allocation all revolve around internal affairs, while execution becomes increasingly weak.

Max took a different approach. It set a clear external goal for itself—expanding the influence of Giggle Academy. It sounds simple, but this "North Star" brings about very practical changes: all governance decisions are aligned with this goal, discussions no longer get bogged down in internal conflicts, and resource allocation has a clear direction.

What is the result? Decentralized collaboration has actually led to remarkable execution power. No bureaucratic formalities, no pointless political games—everyone’s minds are in sync, and their efforts are unified. This may be worth pondering for other DAOs—does our organization truly know what it is doing?

That's so true. Many DAOs are just examples of internal competition, holding meetings more than actually getting things done. --- The Polaris Effect is indeed top-notch. When the goals are clear, the execution ability skyrockets. --- That's why some projects fail while others succeed. The key is having a clear why. --- Giggle Academy's recent move is a lesson learned: focusing on external output is far more valuable than internal bickering. --- Our DAO is like that now—holding a bunch of votes and discussions, but ultimately nothing gets done. We need to think about what we're really doing. --- Formalism is the most destructive; a bunch of processes can drain people's enthusiasm completely. --- Finding the Polaris seems simple, but in reality, most organizations haven't thought it through. Max's move is indeed brilliant. --- Decentralization is actually more efficient? That sounds counterintuitive, but upon reflection, it really makes sense. --- Clear resource allocation and well-defined direction—that's what governance should look like.

Wow, Max, this gameplay has some substance. Finally, I understand what DAO is all about.

Basically, you need to have a clear goal and not just have endless self-congratulatory meetings. This is what a DAO should look like.

If only I had seen Max's approach earlier, my DAO investments would have taken off long ago... Now I can only watch others' execution power outshine our endless debates.
