What are the most essential "platform services" that an early stage ecosystem project might want as they go from 0.5 to 1?



Context: As we iterate on ecosystem support, I want to make sure that we're focusing on the right services internally, especially if we expect to capture value for $BERA from a small group of teams in a new way (revenue sharing or token ownership etc)

So far, I'm looking at:
- Warm connections to VCs/angels
- Warm connections to potential LPs (depending on the type of app)
- Warm connections to industry leaders in similar spaces (very dependent on the app type)
- Beta testing groups + product feedback sessions
- Credits or discounts for key software services (AWS, GCP, Vercel etc)
- Introductions to vendors for core operational services (BVI incorporation, payroll, accounting, legal support etc)
- Discounts or priority queuing for audits
- Support on international GtM strategy, with an APAC focus (ie. community groups, KOLs, associated playbooks)
- Support on navigating exchange listings + MM conversations

Most things boil down to a combination of capital access and distribution. Let me know in DMs or comments if y'all have more suggestions!
