According to Fortune, the blockchain ride-hailing service TADA plans to officially launch in New York in June 2026, challenging American giants like Uber and Lyft. TADA uses a blockchain-based smart contract model that directly connects drivers and passengers, emphasizing decentralization to reduce platform commissions, increase driver income, and improve transparency. The company is currently operating in Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Hong Kong, and has a pilot in Denver, USA. Co-founder Kay Woo stated that TADA will "provide a genuine alternative" for markets with high commissions.
