Recently learned a new term: the social critical point
I truly resonate with it, taking my small hometown as an example
In 25 years, there have been 6-7 murder cases, of course, not reported in the news
My friend is responsible for criminal cases in this area, so I have some understanding
One case involved a woman cheating, and her husband directly stabbed her and the mistress to death in the hospital
Another was a minor roadside argument, which led to someone being strangled, and the victim was the only son of a certain bureau chief, from a wealthy family
The murderer was an elderly man over 60 years old; what does the death penalty matter?
Another case involved a small reporter using his power to threaten a pig farmer over environmental pollution; they initially agreed on a private settlement fee, but the reporter demanded more during the meeting
The murderer then committed suicide after the killing
And so on
Nowadays, many people in society are living very unsatisfactorily; I really advise not to argue with them
Including some news that has come out, such as people driving recklessly and crashing directly
The principle of retreating for happiness truly applies
Our time is valuable, our lives are valuable; there's no need to argue over right or wrong with such people
Rationality first
