The bear market is the easiest thing to make people numb. Looking at SOL this wave, the rebound strength is just so-so, only reaching 128.75 at most before losing momentum, then turning back to test below 120. At this pace, a short-term bottom is very likely to head straight for around 112.

What’s even more heartbreaking is the monthly chart outlook. From the perspective of the correction trend, SOL must test the 104 region; this is not a technical flaw, but an inevitable part of the mid-term correction cycle. Looking further into January, can the 100 level hold? Honestly, the probability of a breakdown is right here, extremely high.

So the current issue isn’t how strong the rebound itself is, but the reliability of the support levels below. This slow decline is precisely the most testing of patience — everyone can see the risks, yet there’s no quick, decisive crash; it’s just a gradual grind downward.

Taking it slow is the most torturous; it's better to just hit rock bottom for a quick relief.

Here we go again, thinking about taking off at 128 rebound? Dream on. The pace of SOL is so slow it's almost putting me to sleep. Breaking 100 is just a matter of time. Instead of guessing the bottom, it's better to watch whether it breaks or not. This kind of slow decline is the most torturous. Breaking through is somewhat better, but right now it's just bleeding out slowly... A bounce from 104 to 100 is inevitable, no suspense there. Mindset is the real killer. The rebound is so weak, what else are you expecting?

It's exhausting. This kind of fake decline is even more uncomfortable than a direct crash to the bottom.

128.75 rebound is no fun at all; how quickly can this mentality collapse? --- A gradual decline is really more exhausting than a crash; just a tiny bit of erosion. --- Is the probability of breaking out ridiculously high? Then I'll just hold at 100 and wait for a reversal. --- Support levels are getting more fragile; do you still dare to buy the dip now? --- A slow decline truly tests the mentality; there's nothing wrong with that, just afraid of not holding on.
