A major Korean exchange has announced a New Year maintenance plan, and asset withdrawal services will be suspended in advance.
【Crypto World】According to reports, a well-known Korean exchange recently issued an important maintenance notice. The exchange plans to carry out a system upgrade at the beginning of the 2026 New Year, with the following schedule:
Server maintenance is scheduled from 02:00 to 08:00 KST on January 1st (Thursday). During this period, the deposit and withdrawal functions for Korean Won will be suspended. Notably, the withdrawal service for digital assets will be discontinued earlier, at 20:00 on December 31st (Wednesday), and will resume at 08:00 on January 1st.
In other words, if you want to perform operations during the New Year transition, you need to plan ahead. Especially for users holding assets that need to be transferred or withdrawn, it is recommended to complete operations before 20:00 on December 31st to avoid affecting your New Year trading plans. It is advised to stay updated with official announcements and plan your fund movements accordingly.
---
You must withdraw your coins before December 31st, or it will be troublesome over the New Year.
---
This maintenance plan at this Korean exchange is really intense, stopping withdrawals so many hours in advance?
---
Noted, the deadline is 8 PM on the 31st, any later and you'll have to wait until January 2nd to move your coins.
---
Every time there's maintenance, I have to nervously watch the clock, it's really annoying.
---
Withdrawals from this exchange have often been delayed before, so I need to act sooner this time.
---
Wait, so withdrawals are stopped for that long? From 8 PM on the 31st to 8 PM on January 1st? That's almost 18 hours.
---
It's the same routine, system upgrades always disrupt our rhythm.
---
On the first day of the New Year, I still have to keep an eye out, afraid of missing the recovery time.
---
Hurry up and transfer your assets, or being locked during the New Year is just terrible.
Withdrawals need to be completed before 8:00 on the 31st? Fine, I’ll have to get up in the middle of the night to do it.
The Korean won deposit and withdrawal pause has lasted so long, but luckily I withdrew everything early.
Withdrawal deadline is 8:00 PM on the 31st... This schedule is really crazy, even during the New Year.
Maintenance is just maintenance, mainly I hope there won't be a bunch of bugs when the time comes.
You need to withdraw your coins before 8 PM on December 31st, or you won't be able to operate on New Year's Eve.
When will this issue with the Korean exchange be fixed?
This timing is just too harsh. I was planning to make a move during the New Year.
They should have stopped the service a day earlier. That's a bit harsh.
Wait, the shutdown is at 8 pm on the 31st? That timing is a bit harsh
Korean exchange is under maintenance, hopefully nothing unexpected happens
Withdrawal was stuck all night, how to spend this New Year holiday
I just want to know why maintenance has to be during the New Year, can't it be done earlier?
Act before the 31st, or it will be really uncomfortable
Recently, exchange maintenance has been frequent, feeling unstable
Withdrawing early is definitely the right choice, to avoid chaos later
So, you still need to keep an eye on it at all times, these exchange updates can't be taken lightly
Releasing withdrawals so early feels like they want to keep us in the dark.
Another year-end maintenance—these exchanges really know how to pick their timing.
Must get it done before December 31st, noted.
Such a short withdrawal window, easy to run into issues.
---
We need to act by 8:00 PM on December 31st, or else we’ll be staring at the New Year’s Eve in frustration. The schedule is set so tightly.
---
This Korean exchange’s attitude—always pausing at critical moments for maintenance. Can someone tell me how to avoid the pitfalls?
---
Planning ahead? I just want to know exactly when I can withdraw, not have it delayed until the 2nd again.
---
Another New Year’s maintenance. It feels like every year I get caught up in this mess.
---
It must be done before 20:00. Sounds easy, but by then, the network might be so congested that it’s too late.
---
They pause digital assets for so long; I really suspect they’re doing some black operations during this time.
---
Fortunately, they notified us in advance. Otherwise, trying to withdraw on New Year’s Eve would be just plain stupid.
---
Wait, it’s only stopping on December 31st? Then I still have time to breathe.
---
Maintenance is maintenance, but what annoys me most is how rushed it always is. If they could just notify us a week in advance, that would be great.
Is the deadline December 31st at 8 PM? Are you afraid we'll have fun during the New Year?
I've already said that the Korean exchange's maintenance is annoying, always happening at critical moments.
Planning ahead? Bro, I haven't even decided what to eat today.
But still, this time's early withdrawal suspension really makes us prepare in advance.
Who the hell would remember to check the maintenance notice during the New Year? Anyway, you're bound to get caught in a trap.
