🔥 Gate Square Trade Sharing | #ShareMyTrade 🔥
Today I’d like to share one of my recent trades along with the logic, execution, and key lessons learned. Trade sharing like this is not only helpful for personal review but also great for community learning.
📊 Trade Overview
Pair: BTC/USDT
Market: Futures
Direction: Long
Timeframe Used: 15m & 1H
📌 Entry Logic
BTC was showing strong support near a previous demand zone on the 1H timeframe. Price respected this level multiple times, forming higher lows. On the 15m chart, a clear bullish structure appeared with increased volume, confirming buyers’ interest. I entered after a clean pullback and confirmation candle.
📌 Risk Management
Stop loss was placed just below the support zone to limit downside risk. I always prioritize capital protection, keeping risk small and predefined before entering any trade.
📌 Exit Strategy & PnL Review
My target was set near the next resistance zone where price had previously rejected. Partial profits were secured along the way, and the remaining position was closed as momentum started to slow.
✔️ Result: Positive PnL with controlled risk
📈 What Went Well
Clear plan before entering the trade
Proper stop loss placement
No emotional decisions during volatility
📚 Lessons Learned
Patience pays off when waiting for confirmation
Risk management is more important than high leverage
Consistency comes from discipline, not overtrading
💡 Final Thoughts
This trade reinforced my belief that simple price action, combined with good risk control, can produce consistent results. Every trade is a learning opportunity, whether it ends in profit or loss.
