MicroStrategy's Michael Saylor just dropped his long-term Bitcoin outlook: expecting 30% annual gains over the next two decades. That's a bold call considering the historical volatility we've seen. Whether you're bullish or skeptical, this kind of projection from someone who's literally bet his company on BTC is worth unpacking. The math would put Bitcoin at astronomical levels by 2045 if that trajectory holds.

Saylor, this guy is really all in, betting his company just for BTC... 30% annualized sounds great, but can he really hold on?

lmao saylor literally running a bitcoin hedge fund at this point... 30% cagr for 20 years is just copium math tbh. the validator attrition we're seeing on proof-of-stake chains should tell him something about long-term yield assumptions not holding up

Saylor, this guy really dares to say 30% annual return... Going to fly to the sky by 2045? I think even he might not believe it himself, he's just looking for an endorsement for his all-in, haha.

30% compound annual growth over 20 years? Arithmetic checks out, but this assumes constant variance... Historical data shows that the fluctuation range has long been broken. Saylor is betting that the liquidity model remains unchanged; I bet that he has underestimated market friction costs.

30% annual growth... Saylor is really all-in, but maybe he's overhyping it?
