AXT increased its Q3 25 revenue from $18M in the previous quarter to $28M, growing %55 QoQ and %18 YoY, while significantly reducing its net loss. Indium phosphide revenue rose more than %250 after export approvals, with historic demand coming from data centers and AI infrastructure. Gallium arsenide and germanium substrates also grew, while the Asia-Pacific region accounted for %87 of revenue. Operating expenses declined, operating loss nearly went to zero, and the company’s cash position stands at $23.11M. For Q4 25, the company guides a strong $27–$30M revenue range and is preparing to fulfill its $49M indium phosphide backlog. The main driver of demand is the acceleration of large-scale AI and data center investment in the US and China. As a result, the stock has rallied +%1,264 from the April bottom without resting at all
