Early morning of December 11th, the Federal Reserve as usual announced its latest interest rate decision. This time, the FOMC decided to cut by one more basis point, lowering the federal funds rate from 3.75%~4% to 3.5%~3.75%.

What does this mean for the crypto market?

In simple terms, money has become cheaper, and liquidity has increased. Lowering interest rates reduces borrowing costs, boosts market risk appetite, and funds naturally flow into higher-yield sectors—and cryptocurrencies are among them. In this environment, the overall outlook is generally positive.

More importantly, the expectation effect. When the market begins to believe that the Fed will continue to ease monetary policy, sentiment becomes optimistic, and investors are more willing to allocate risk assets.

However, this is just my personal opinion. Currently, market sentiment is quite divided, with both bullish and bearish voices. The key is to adjust your mindset properly, plan for the short, medium, and long term, and not be swayed by market emotions. Only then can you steadily make money.

Cutting interest rates is like giving a shot of adrenaline, but don't get too excited just yet. What if the Federal Reserve changes its mind again next month?

So what if interest rates are cut? BTC is still sideways at this price level.

Interest rate cuts, is that all? Why do I feel this round of the market still relies on storytelling? --- It's expectations again. Can they really be fulfilled? Feels like I've heard these words too many times. --- It's easy to say not to be led by emotions, but I just want to know when is the right time to get in. --- Money is cheap, but our wallets are still solid haha. --- Bullish or bearish, you can't make money; only those who are in the market with real skills can earn. --- Instead of waiting for the Fed to release signals, it's better to see how BTC moves; that’s the real indicator. --- Good news is good, but we also need to see if new money is actually entering this round.

A rate cut is a big liquidity injection; the crypto market is about to take off again. --- Wait, can it really pick up this time? The market still seems to be watching and waiting. --- Money is cheap and flowing into risk assets; let's just wait to reap the rewards. --- The expected effect is a reliable explanation, but don't place all your hopes on it. --- Still the same advice: mindset is the most important, don't let emotions drive your decisions. --- In the last month of the year, see if we can turn things around. --- It's still early for the positive news to be fully realized; short-term volatility may still occur.

Interest rates have been cut again, but it’s really hard to say how much this wave can rise. The market isn't as simple as it seems.

A cut of one basis point makes money cheaper, but whether it can flow into the crypto market still depends on whether institutions are willing to take risks.

Lowering interest rates is indeed a positive signal, but don't be fooled by market sentiment; this rebound might just be a bait.

Is a rate cut a positive signal? I feel like the market hasn't really gone up much yet. Has it already been priced in?
