Abstract generation in progress

ME news, December 10 (UTC+8), OpenAI announced that it co-founded the Agent Artificial Intelligence Foundation (AAIF) under the Linux Foundation with Anthropic and Jack Dorsey’s payment service provider Block, with support from Google, Microsoft, AWS, Bloomberg and Cloudflare. AAIF aims to provide neutral management for an open, interoperable infrastructure that enables agent AI systems to move from experimental to production. As part of this effort, OpenAI contributed AGENTS.md, a simple, open format for providing project-specific instructions and context to agents, to the foundation to ensure long-term support and adoption from the community. In addition to AGENTS.md, AAIF’s co-founders will each contribute one project to the foundation: Anthropic’s model background protocol (MCP) and Block’s goose. (Source: ME)
