In the early hours of Thursday, the Federal Reserve rate decision will be announced, and this time a 25 basis point rate cut is pretty much a certainty!
This rate cut seems more like an attempt to save the “economy struggling under a high interest rate environment” and to prevent a potential recession triggered by high rates.
If the market rallies in December, profits should be taken in a timely manner. Don’t stay in the market all the time to avoid profits being wiped out again—many people can't handle the emotional swings of market volatility!
