I was originally watching the market, waiting for a pullback to buy the dip, but as soon as I entered, it started dropping. Now I'm stuck halfway up the hill.
My account is already several points in the red, and watching the current market is really tough—selling at a loss hurts, but holding on makes me worry it'll keep dropping. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? How do you usually handle it? Do you average down to lower your cost, or do you set a stop loss and get out directly?
Looking for advice from experienced friends. I really don't know what to do at this point.

This is the outcome every time I buy the dip — entering at the peak, haha.

This is just everyday life in the crypto world—chasing highs and getting stuck is perfectly normal.

Haha, that's the curse of the sector—every time you buy the dip, it pulls back.

ngl the classic "timed the bottom perfectly" experience except it wasn't the bottom at all lmao. according to my peer-reviewed analysis of 420 failed entry points, this is statistically significant cope material. have you considered that you might just be rediscovering behavioral economics in real time
