#加密货币安全事件及风险 Looking back at the recent Upbit theft incident, I can't help but recall a similar case that happened on the same day six years ago. History is astonishingly similar. This time, the attacker is suspected to have inferred the private key by analyzing user wallet address patterns—a highly sophisticated method likely carried out by the North Korean hacker group Lazarus Group.

These recurring incidents reflect the long-term security challenges faced by Korean trading platforms. The intense attacks from North Korean state-sponsored hackers are not only related to the kimchi premium but also involve complex geopolitical dynamics. As an industry veteran, I am well aware that behind these incidents lies the exposure of structural security risks within the crypto industry.

From past to present, exchange security has always been a difficult issue to solve. Each incident reminds us that technological advancement and security threats are an endless arms race. We must remain vigilant and constantly improve our security measures. At the same time, this also highlights the importance of decentralized solutions.

Looking ahead, cryptocurrency security will continue to be a core topic in industry development. We need to learn from history, strengthen international cooperation, and jointly address increasingly complex security challenges. Only in this way can we build a solid line of defense for this promising yet risk-laden industry.
