#数字货币市场洞察 [Wall Street Giants Bet on Digital Assets, Institutional Doors Slowly Opening]

The financial world is abuzz lately. Three traditional financial giants—Bank of America, Vanguard, and Charles Schwab—have all announced their embrace of Bitcoin and Ethereum.

So what exactly is happening? Bank of America has set a timeline: starting in 2026, its financial advisors will be able to recommend $BTC to clients, and will also launch a spot Bitcoin ETF. The Chief Investment Officer went further, openly suggesting allocating 1%-4% of assets to Bitcoin. As for Vanguard, they've reversed course and opened trading channels for $BTC, $ETH , and other crypto assets. Charles Schwab isn’t lagging behind, rolling out its own spot trading plans.

Why is this such a big deal?

To be honest, this isn’t just a few old players making idle moves. First, it means crypto assets are finally being taken seriously by mainstream finance, moving from underground to center stage. Second, real money is about to flow in. Bank of America and Vanguard alone manage $13 trillion in assets; even if they allocate just 1%, that’s a fresh influx of funds in the hundreds of billions. Third, through their hundreds of thousands of financial advisors, a steady stream of institutional capital will enter the market, reshaping market liquidity and volatility.

Some are compelled, others are attracted. Clients' voices and competitive pressure are pushing these giants step by step closer to digital assets. A new story is unfolding—the boundaries between traditional finance and the crypto world are blurring.

Damn, $13 trillion! Even if just 1% enters the market, that's an astronomical figure. This time it's really going mainstream.
