Preliminary Preparation (Q1-Q2 2025): Completion of system self-assessment and gap analysis, targeted technical upgrades; launch of Protocol V2.3 in June to enhance KYC and large-scale user compliance capabilities, while also improving data management and documentation systems, and conducting compliance training for teams and ecosystem partners.

2. Testing and Integration (Q3 2025): Completion of most technical modifications and multiple rounds of internal testing, simultaneous advancement of joint testing with payment institutions and external vendors, real-time transaction API testing, and interoperability pilots with SWIFT-compatible institutions.

3. Official Activation (November 22, 2025): In sync with the global banking ISO20022 migration deadline, full adaptation and activation of the standard will be completed, transaction data formats and message logic will be unified with banking systems, achieving seamless cross-system information exchange.
