#加密货币空投活动 Thinking back to some of the airdrop events I participated in years ago, I can’t help but marvel at how quickly the market has changed. Recently, I saw that Binance Alpha launched the SUPERFORTUNE(GUA) airdrop, with an estimated single account yield of about $54. Compared to the hundreds or even thousands of dollars that airdrops used to bring in, this number does seem a bit modest. However, on closer reflection, this actually reflects the market’s maturity and rationality.
In the past, those airdrops worth thousands of dollars often came with projects that rose and fell dramatically. Many projects crashed soon after the airdrop, resulting in heavy losses for investors. Now, this relatively conservative airdrop strategy might mean that project teams are focusing more on long-term development. $54 may not seem like much, but if the project can continue to develop healthily, the long-term returns could be much greater.
This reminds me of an airdrop I took part in back in 2017, when I received tokens worth over $1,000 by today’s standards. Unfortunately, the project quickly rug pulled, and those tokens ended up worthless. In contrast, even though current airdrop earnings seem to have shrunk, there may be a greater chance of gaining real value.
Of course, this also reminds us to stay vigilant. Regardless of the airdrop yield, we should always carefully evaluate the project itself. After all, in this industry, there’s no such thing as a free lunch—everything requires wisdom and patience to discern and wait for real opportunities.
