This year, I set a small goal for myself—to help the Tron ecosystem find more reliable people.
To be honest, no matter how great the technology is, it's useless without the right people to build the foundation. I've always believed that great projects and great teams bring out the best in each other. What Tron needs right now is not just top-notch blockchain tech experts, but also hands-on people who can make products stand out and energize the community.
If you know such friends, or if you yourself want to make something happen in the public chain ecosystem, let's have a chat. After all, with the right people, the job is already half done.

People are truly successful when they take action, there's no doubt about that. Tron now just needs this kind of practical doers.
I agree, having strong technology alone isn't enough; it takes people who understand operations to work together.
This idea is good; ecosystem development really depends on people. I'm also looking for like-minded partners.
That said, the problem is where to find reliable people, as there are too many fakes.
I'm interested, just not sure if I am the kind of person who can get things done, haha.
This goal is well set; the ecosystem really needs such driven people to lead.
I agree with the first half, but finding people is much harder than finding projects, really.

Really, I agree with this point. But who isn't saying this nowadays? The key is, how many can actually be implemented?

If you have the right person, the job is already half done. I agree with this saying.

What TRON needs is this kind of pragmatic voice, not just hyping up the technology.
---
Seriously, finding the right person is much harder than finding the right project.
---
This is a good approach. The ecosystem needs more people who build platforms.
---
I do have a few people around me who want to give it a try. Let's talk sometime.
---
Agreed, being technically strong doesn't necessarily mean you can get things done.
---
Blunt as it is, it's true. The only worry is someone agrees verbally but thinks differently inside.

That's right, the Tron ecosystem really lacks people who can truly get things done right now.

Bro, that's a good idea, but are doers really that easy to find? From what I see, a lot of projects are lacking people like that.

That's right, talent is the lifeline. No matter how advanced the technology is, it's useless without people to execute it.

I've heard the "talent recruitment" thing too many times, but this really hits the nail on the head.
Honestly, no matter how good the chain is, it's wasted without an execution-oriented team.
Do you have any reliable recommendations? Honestly, the Tron ecosystem really lacks this kind of talent.
This approach is right—technology is just the foundation, but the key is having people who understand operations.
I'm interested, but how do you determine who is truly reliable?

If you have the right people, you're already halfway there. That's absolutely true—building an ecosystem is all about working with people.

What you said about finding people is true, but there are indeed quite a few things that TRON is lacking right now.
