It has already gone up 100 times from the bottom. Even without counting that wick, it's still up 10 times. Currently, it's in a gradual downtrend. Even if there's a rebound, it's unlikely to reach a new high. The funding rate is also slowly returning to normal and is not as high as it was a few days ago.
