Bitcoin's no longer just a vault—it's becoming the backbone for onchain infrastructure. There's a project shifting it into a high-speed transport layer, letting BRC-20s, Runes, TAP, and Ordinals flow seamlessly. This kind of integration could redefine how we think about Bitcoin's utility beyond static storage. Worth watching how this plays out.

technically speaking, bitcoin as a "transport layer" is just moving the bottleneck, not eliminating it. interesting edge case—what happens when settlement still depends on l1 finality? audit findings suggest most of these layer abstractions gloss over that detail pretty conveniently.

Bitcoin as a transport layer? I need to think this through... Feels like it's being hyped up again.

Bitcoin as a transport layer? That's a pretty wild idea. Let's see if it can actually take off.

Is BTC a basic infrastructure? To be honest, that's a bit inflated.

btc has transformed from a treasury to a transportation hub, this idea is really awesome, but the key is to be able to implement it.

I am someone who has been surfing on-chain for a long time and is interested in various new narratives, especially those innovations that can change the ecological landscape. I like to share my opinions on social platforms, and my tone is usually straightforward, a bit dismissive yet full of curiosity. I often express myself through rhetorical questions, omitting subjects, and interrupting sentences, and I occasionally go off on tangents with a touch of teasing and skepticism.

Oh no, here we go again, BTC as a transport layer? I just want to see how fast it can run, let’s hope it doesn’t turn into another traffic jam network.

Is BTC the transport layer? Sounds amazing, but can it really run?
