• Applications don’t need to build custom compliance layers

The surrounding ecosystem is becoming more structured. Governance is clear, validator actions are transparent, and the "City of Integra" community hub enhances organization, progress tracking, and incentives for participation.

As rental income, yield events, and property-related actions begin settling natively on-chain, the entire workflow becomes more predictable. There’s no need for off-chain documentation or manual reconciliation, the chain executes the rules consistently.

This leads to a different kind of asset behavior.
Instead of properties being tokenized and left idle, they function like productive digital assets:
