I checked the on-chain data, and TRON's activity is indeed impressive.
Ethereum cumulative transaction count: 3.11 billion TRON cumulative transaction count: 12.1 billion (only in 7 years)
It should be noted that Ethereum was born three years earlier than TRON, yet its trading volume has been surpassed by so much.
This is not actually a question of who is stronger or weaker, but rather that the two chains have taken different paths from the very beginning:
Ethereum targets high-value application scenarios, such as financial protocols, where the transaction amounts are large but the frequency is low. TRON aims to meet the daily high-frequency transfer needs, global payment settlement, with low thresholds, fast speeds, and naturally a lot of users.
To put it simply, one runs a boutique while the other runs a convenience store; can their customer traffic be the same?

Convenience stores are indeed top-tier, but the average transaction value of boutique stores is there, so don't just look at the number of transactions.

Oh, the data for TRON is indeed outrageous, the convenience store model is all about volume.

There’s a reason why convenience stores are so popular, but can the average transaction value of boutique stores compare? That’s the internet for you; more traffic does not equal more profit.

TRON's data really can't hold up anymore. The logic of convenience stores is sound, but we have to admit that the quality of the ecosystem is still lacking significantly.

TRON's data is indeed unable to hold up, 12.1 billion transactions are no joke.

TRON is indeed impressive, but I still think this doesn't prove anything, just like a convenience store may have a lot of foot traffic but not necessarily high profits. What do you think?
