#Gate广场圣诞送温暖 The types of coins in the crypto world can be roughly divided into three categories:
1. Strong Narrative Coins: These have relatively good fundamentals and are usually supported by institutions or have major players involved. When the overall market crashes, the decline of these coins is relatively smaller, with volatility being a key characteristic. Once the market recovers, they usually rebound and rally first.
2. Meme or Air Coins: These coins have almost no fundamentals, lack long-term involvement from major players, and may experience continuous declines or sideways trading for more than a dozen days, with trading volume remaining sluggish for extended periods. Their price movements can't be effectively predicted by volume or price relationships. They may double in the short term, attracting newcomers or risk-takers to chase in, but often quickly fall back and then become dormant.
3. Coins Between the Two: These have good, average, or just hyped fundamentals. Institutions may occasionally hype them, but the momentum is not strong. Once they've attracted enough attention, they tend to disappear from the spotlight again.
Compare these categories to the coins you hold and see which type they are.
