Odaily News GameStop announced a net loss of 18.5 million USD for the second quarter, significantly narrowing from a profit of 44.8 million USD in the previous quarter. Revenue fell to 673.9 million USD, affected by a decline in hardware and software sales, although collectibles sales increased. The company purchased 4,710 Bitcoins this quarter at a cost of 500 million USD, with a year-end valuation of 528.6 million USD, resulting in an unrealized gain of 28.6 million USD, making it one of the few publicly traded companies involved in digital assets.
