Why do I insist on holding coins for the long term?

It's very simple: what we're focusing on this time is a large market trend at the annual level, not short-term fluctuations to make a few points in arbitrage. Such opportunities are rare and not everyone can withstand and hold onto them. They belong only to true long-term thinkers, to those who have made early allocations, possess long-term patience, and can withstand emotional fluctuations.

I have always emphasized that investing with spare money + reasonable allocation is not just empty talk. Those who truly execute this well do not actually face much pressure now. The mainstream coins and platform coins you hold have not really dropped much; even if altcoins have retraced, the positions were originally small, so it won't cause significant harm. As for those who have just entered the market and are stepping on local peaks, if you came in with spare money, it is just a matter of time before you break even or even make a profit, which may only take a week or two.

Don't be quick to draw conclusions; the market is always a game of patience. Give yourself some time, and after truly experiencing a complete cycle, you will understand: long term is the only solution to counteract volatility.
