The first four years of bamboo growth are basically a silent period, while the fifth year is an explosive period. In fact, it's similar to the crypto world. Good projects need to learn to persevere; even if they are memes, as long as the community is actually doing something, they are worth holding onto firmly.

Less watching and less moving is a common action during the coin hoarding period. If you watch too much, it becomes easy to lose your grip. Just make sure to log in and buy a bit more when you have spare money.
Although I have experienced a lot, seeing more still affects my mindset. It's important to maintain a good mindset. I leveraged in the U.S. stock market for a while, but recently I reduced my positions. Leverage is undesirable anywhere; the risk exposure is too high and you can get played out. Some things may seem logically sound, but the process is beyond your control, and most people fail during that process.
Currently, it seems that the crypto world will get better and better... mainstream capital will gradually enter the crypto world.
