According to Fortune, the crypto startup Theo has completed a total of $20 million in funding. This round of financing includes two parts: a $4.5 million seed round led by the quantitative investment firm Manifold Trading, completed in March 2024, and a recently completed $15.5 million funding led by the crypto assets investment firms Hack VC and Anthos Capital. Theo was co-founded by brothers Abhi Pingle and Arijit Pingle along with TK Kwon, all of whom previously worked at Optiver and IMC Trading. Theo aims to provide high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies for ordinary investors.
