Techub News reported that the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) and the Dubai Land Authority (DLD) issued a warning about some entities falsely claiming to participate in the pilot phase of the "DLD Real Estate Tokenization Project". They stated that no entity other than those expressly approved by the DLD and VARA would be entitled to participate in the pilot phase. Such conduct may violate VARA regulations, including but not limited to the Marketing Regulations, and may be subject to enforcement actions.
