My fren encountered this issue the day before yesterday, which is unreasonable. If the shorting direction is correct, it’s only a matter of making more or less profit, and there is no issue of compensation. You are afraid of not being able to compensate, so you restrict opening orders. So, it’s a bandit mechanism.
