IDF: Commander of Iran's "Quds Force" Special Operations Unit Killed

On April 7, the Israel Defense Forces, in a statement issued on the 6th local time, said that the Israel Air Force launched an attack on Tehran, Iran, based on intelligence, resulting in the death of Asgar Bagheri, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ affiliated “Quds Brigade” special operations unit (840 Unit).

The statement said that Bagheri died in the attack on the 5th.
