OpenClaw’s founder responds to Anthropic’s ban: He had invited Anthropic to join a nonprofit organization, but did not receive a reply

Gate News update, April 4, OpenClaw founder Peter Steinberger posted on X to respond to the Anthropic ban incident. Peter Steinberger said that OpenClaw operates independently. Previously, he had invited Anthropic and more than a dozen other companies to join OpenClaw’s nonprofit organization, but Anthropic did not respond. He also revealed that, aside from Anthropic, almost all the other companies have successfully joined the organization.
