Eligible users exclude sub-accounts, brokers, asset managers, co-referrers, users with a 0% commission rate, users residing in restricted regions for referral and spot trading products, and users who violate the program’s terms and conditions.
Evaluations for eligible existing users begin at the start of each calendar month and run for three consecutive months. New users who qualify by the 15th of the month start their evaluation on the first of that month for three consecutive months. Those who qualify after the 15th start on their eligibility date and continue until the end of the following three calendar months.
