Odaily News The U.S. Treasury Department announced the index value based on the emergency provisions of inflation-indexed bonds. In a press release, the Treasury stated that the index value for October 2025 is 325.604. For payment obligations tied to the CPI for October 2025, the Treasury will use this index value as the basis for calculations. Even if the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) later publishes the actual CPI for October 2025, the Treasury will not replace this index figure. (Jin10)
