The Gate Pay Merchant Dashboard provides a comprehensive suite of tools covering transaction management, payment collection and fund management, approval workflows, developer tools, payment currency configurations, and gift card management. It also supports role-based permissions, client management, and checkout page customization to help merchants efficiently operate and monitor their business. The Trade module consists of Receive and Payout. Merchants can view details of collection orders, payout orders, Convert, and refunds, as well as search for specific orders.
Receive
View collection order details such as payment amount, order status, payment method, and payment date.
Advanced filters: Apply custom filter combinations.
Refund: Manually initiate a refund (see refund documentation for details).
Order details: View the full breakdown of an individual order.
Payout
View payout order details including payout amount, status, payee, and payout time.
