Golden Finance reported that Meteora co-founder Zen stated on platform X that they are still in the process of collecting data regarding the stimulus plan and participation, and will shift the core focus to the product. However, after understanding the situation with the team, the launch platform, and the projects that are preparing to go live, two issues keep arising: first, token issuance is decentralized and rigid; second, most teams lack the flexibility or control needed for success. Therefore, the Meteora release guidelines have been launched. It is important to clarify that in order to maintain transparency and neutrality, Meteora will not cross the following boundaries:

Do not conduct private issuance;
Will not require the provision of contract addresses or insider information;
No customized consulting or strategies are provided.
