Gelonghui March 27丨FORTIOR (01304.HK) announced its annual results. Group revenue was approximately RMB 773.9 million, representing an increase of 28.9% year over year; group gross profit was approximately RMB 400.7 million, representing an increase of 26.8% year over year; and group profit was approximately RMB 218.9 million, representing a decrease of 1.5% year over year. This was mainly due to the Company’s implementation of the 2024 restricted share incentive scheme in November 2024. During the reporting period, the share-based payments accrued increased by approximately RMB 52.4 million year over year. Excluding the impact of this factor, and taking into account the effects of income tax, the Group’s profit would have increased by 18.9% year over year. For the year ended December 31, 2025, earnings per share attributable to the Company’s shareholders were RMB 2.16. The Board of Directors has recommended declaring a final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 of RMB 0.78 per share (inclusive of tax).
