Dongfang Precision Industry announced that the adjusted profit distribution plan for the year 2025 is as follows: based on the total share capital on the equity registration date when the profit distribution plan is implemented in the future, a cash dividend of 0.42 yuan (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total expected cash dividend distribution of 51.126 million yuan (including tax). No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital; at the same time, it is proposed to authorize the board of directors to formulate the 2026 mid-term dividend plan.
