Guangzhou Baiyun District Tan Village and Summer Miao Village Resettlement Housing Projects Commence Construction

On March 23, the third phase of Tan Village urban village renovation and the second batch of Summer Miao Village urban village renovation resettlement housing projects in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, have started construction successively, providing a total of 2,466 resettlement units.

According to reports, the third phase of Tan Village resettlement housing project is awarded to a consortium including China State Construction Engineering Corporation No.8 Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. The project covers a total construction area of 186,400 square meters, consisting of 6 residential buildings offering 1,316 units.

The second batch of Summer Miao Village resettlement housing project will utilize approximately 16,300 square meters of construction land, with plans to build 4 residential buildings containing 1,150 units.

Both projects adhere to high-quality standards, optimizing unit layouts and improving community amenities. Once completed, they will meet residents’ housing needs and promote regional transportation and industrial development.
