Didi AI Ride-Hailing Announces Operating Data, Demand for Fresh Air Ranks Second

According to data from Didi’s AI Xiaodi operation, among personalized ride requests, “Fast and cheap,” “Fresh air,” and “Closest car” rank the top three, accounting for 57%, 12.5%, and 9.9%, respectively.

It is reported that Didi’s AI ride-hailing service launched its public beta in September last year and recently officially released version 1.0. Currently, it supports over 90 service tags such as fresh air, large trunk, and smooth driving, enabling intelligent understanding of user needs to provide customized transportation solutions. In addition to one-click ride requests, features like nearby search, reservation, combined travel, and order inquiry are also frequently used.
