Abstract generation in progress

Tesla CEO Elon Musk sues OpenAI and CEO Sam Altman; the case will be heard in Oakland, California, in late April.

Musk posted on social media that “any winnings from the OpenAI case will be donated entirely to charity. I will not profit from it.”

Earlier this year, Musk’s lawyer filed a motion in court demanding that OpenAI, the developer of ChatGPT, and its shareholder Microsoft, pay up to $134 billion (approximately HKD 1.04 trillion). Musk accused OpenAI, which he helped establish, of deviating from its non-profit mission and collaborating with Microsoft to deceive him.
