【AI+Cloud】Nebius Surges 15% in Pre-Market Trading as Meta Signs New AI Infrastructure Supply Agreement Worth Up to $27 Billion

AI Cloud Company Nebius (US: NBIS) announced on Monday (16th) that it has reached a new long-term AI infrastructure supply agreement with Meta, strengthening the partnership between the two companies. The contract is valued at approximately $27 billion.

Nebius’s stock pre-market rose 15.3%, trading at $130.19.

Details of the $27 Billion AI Infrastructure Agreement

Under this five-year agreement, Nebius will provide Meta with dedicated capacity worth $12 billion at multiple locations. This is part of the first large-scale deployment of NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform. Nebius will begin delivering these capacities in early 2027.

Additionally, Meta commits to purchasing some of the upcoming Nebius cluster’s additional available computing capacity over five years. Nebius plans to initially sell these capacities to third-party clients for its AI cloud business, with the remaining capacity to be purchased by Meta, totaling up to $15 billion.

Management Response and Future Performance Outlook

Nebius founder and CEO Arkady Volozh stated he is pleased to expand the important partnership with Meta to secure more large, long-term capacity contracts, thereby accelerating the development of core AI cloud business. Despite signing such a massive contract, Nebius’s performance outlook for 2026 remains unchanged.
