Industry veteran with 30 years' experience to lead Truist M&A

Truist Securities has appointed Matthew Miller as managing director and head of mergers & acquisitions, effective February 26, 2026. Miller brings over 30 years of experience, including 15 years as global head of healthcare M&A at Jefferies. He will lead Truist Securities’ M&A platform, drive growth initiatives, and oversee deal origination and execution, reporting to Chairman and CEO Tom Hackett.
