Chubb taps new global chief actuary as Paul O’Connell retires

Chubb (NYSE: CB) has announced the appointment of Scott Henck as Senior Vice President, Chubb Group and Chief Actuary, effective April 1, 2026. He will succeed Paul O’Connell, who is retiring after a 40-year career in the insurance industry. Cynthia Bentley will take over Henck’s previous role as Executive Vice President, North America Chief Actuary.
